Frequently Asked Questions
How do you deliver digital images?
Your gallery will be online and once it's completed (about 2-4 weeks after your session, depending on type of session), you'll receive an email with the link and a download pin. You may share this link and download pin with as many people you'd like. These are high resolution images and are print ready. You may either order prints through me or at the lab of your choosing. Your gallery will include a written authorization for print permissions for personal use (or commercial use, if for branding purposes).
Where are you based and do you travel?
I'm located in Belmont, NC, just outside of the Charlotte area and happily travel anywhere in the world!
When will we get our photos?
Your will receive an online gallery link with all your photos within 2-6 weeks (depending on the type of session) to download all the photos from the gallery but also share them, choose your favorites, and also order prints!
Do you offer branding packages?
Yes, after our initial session, if you'd like to set up an ongoing package for either images only or going marketing strategic support alongside, I can design a custom package based on your needs.
